Buses to the start: In April 2026, times for bus transportation from Alingsås, Tollered, Öijared, Floda, Lerum to the start at Valhalla IP will be presented.

Bus tickets are purchased when registrating.

Race bibs:

Pick up at The Tannery Club, Garverivägen 11H, Floda
May 6-8, 09:00-20:00 for all classes
May 9, 09:00-11:45 for Sprint & Relay 35 km
Race bibs and batons for relay teams are picked up for the entire team at once, not separately.

Pick up at Valhalla IP, at the start
May 9, 05:45-06:30 for Ultra 75 km

Bag drop-off for ultra runners: Done at the start at Valhalla IP for and transported to the finish in Alingsås.

For ultra runners, we also offer bag drop at the stage stations Floda, Tollered and Norsesund. Done at the start at Garveriet, Floda for Sprint 35km and transported to the finish in Alingsås.

Warm-up: The Tannery Club is responsible for the warm-up at the start at Valhalla IP and in Floda

Trial runs: Here we will shortly present dates for trial runs of the various stages.

Training weekend: In March 2026 we will have a training weekend at Öijared Resort with inspiring leaders and lectures. More information to come.

During the race

Course:
The course follows the Gotaleden route with orange ribbons and blue metal signs.

Flag guards and race signs will be located along the course to clarify the running direction.

Fluids/Energy:

Water & sports drinks will be available at all stage stations and transitions. There will also be water & sports drinks between the stages, so at an average of once every 5 km.

At the stage stations there will also be extra energy sources for Ultra 75 and Sprint 35 runners.

At stage station Floda (40 km from start) there will be light food for Ultra 75 runners.

At the finish line in Nolhagaparken, food will be served to Ultra 75 and Sprint 35 runners.

First aid/medical care:

There will be access to first aid and paramedics at each stage station.

Cut-off time:
The cut-off time in Västra Bodarna (the start of stage 9) is 18.30. 

After the race

Shower & changing room:
Available free of charge in connection with the finish area in Nolhagahallen sports venue.

Medal & goodie bag:
After each relay leg and at the finish for Ultra & Sprint, everyone who completes will receive a medal and a goodie bag.

Finish area:
In the finish area there will be a party atmosphere with a DJ, food trucks and more. There will also be the opportunity to meet our partners.

After Run:
After Run will take place at restaurant Skåål in Estrad. You register by booking a table at the restaurant. More information will be posted later.
